1. Go to the Bath and Body Works website using your browser.

2. Scroll down to the end of the page, and when you go to the gift cards page, you will see a button  that says, "Check card Balance." Select this option

3. It will take you to a web page where you must enter your gift card's code and PIN. The number on the gift card and PIN appear on the reverse on the back of your card.

4. Enter your  gift card number and pin, and click on "Check Balance."

When you've submitted your information on the website, it will show your Bath and Body Works gift card balance.

In Stores:

Show your Gift Card at the counter while you are checking out. When you're ready to checkout, print a copy of the gift card or display it on your mobile phone.

Online:

To access your Bath and Body Works gift card balance online, follow these steps.

• Look for "Gift Card/E Gift Card" on the payment page during checkout. Click APPLY after entering your Gift Card number and  PIN.

• Start by visiting the gift cards page. Gift card purchases do not qualify for promotional offers.

• Shipping & Delivery:

• All Gift Cards are eligible for free shipping and handling.

• If you order other products along with gift cards, the sales tax, shipping, and handling fees will only be charged based on the total value of those other items.

• For an extra fee, Gift Cards can be shipped to the Lower 48 States, but not PO Boxes. Please see the following page. Shipping & Handling page for more details.

• Please note that funds may not appear immediately on the Gift Card.

   • Select the products you'd like to purchase.

   • Place the items into your cart.

   • Go to the checkout.

   • You will see an option to use the gift card when making a payment.

   • enter the number of your gift card and the PIN.

   • The site will add the balance of your gift card to your total order.

   • If your order's total is greater than the balance of your gift card, you'll need to offer an alternative method of payment to cover any remaining balance.

• To redeem the gift cards online, you will need to enter the gift card number and the PIN of the card at checkout. Your PIN will be under an eraser on the back of your gift Card.

• If you're experiencing difficulty finding your PIN, call 1-800-756-5005 (TDD #: 1-877-215-545).

• Unused balances will remain on the Gift Card and may be used to purchase future items.

Bath and Body Works Gift Cards from Bath & Body Works don't expire and are available within our U.S. shops, over the phone or online! Go to the Gift Cards page to get the process started. The purchase of a Gift Card does not count towards promotional deals. This card does not expire. The acceptance of these conditions and terms is implied when you use the gift card. Make sure to record the gift card's number in the event that you require an exchange.

Where can you find the PIN? In order to use your Gift Card on the internet, you need to enter both the gift Card number and the PIN for every card at the time of payment. The PIN can be found beneath a scratch-off box on the reverse of the gift Card.
